Prospect Restaurant and bar serves a playful twist on local cuisine inspired by the rich and diverse offerings of the CATSKILLS. Our dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows, mountain views, cast-iron stoves, and a large circular bar. JUST OFF THE BAR IS A LARGE CEDAR DECK FEATURING Westport chairs AND A FIRE PIT.

  • Reservations become available 30 days in advance of the reservation date 

  • If you do not see your desired dining time, add yourself to the RESY Notify List, and you will be notified if a table becomes available. Often tables will become available on the day of!

  • Thinking of joining us last minute? Give us a call and we will let you know what is possible.

In-Room Dining

Available for Dinner only.

To Order: Call during dinner service hours and your food will be delivered to your door. The server will knock on your door to let you know that your meal has arrived.

All In-Room Dining orders will be charged to your room + tax + 20% service fee. We kindly ask for all in-room dining orders to meet a minimum of $20.

Please alert your server of any dietary restrictions or allergies. Eating raw or undercooked fish, shellfish, eggs or meat increases the risk of foodborne illness. When you have finished dining, please leave all food service items on the tray stand in the hallway outside of your guest room door.
